Customers can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is free, and refunds are processed within 14 days once the item is inspected. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products qualify for a free replacement or full refund. Custom, perishable, and personal items are non-returnable.
We offer four lifter options designed to fit your Arteflame setup: two Cooktop Lifters—one for the 30" model and one for the 40"—and two Grill Lifters, also available in 30" and 40" sizes. The Cooktop Lifters attach to a standard 2×4 handle (a 5'–6' piece works best), allowing you to lift and remove the cooktop safely so you can convert your grill back into a fire pit. The Grill Lifters are made to raise the entire unit, letting you move your grill even while it’s hot. Simply select the size that matches your Arteflame model.
