At EleveOutdoors, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Below are the answers to the most common questions we receive.

Shipping & Delivery

1. How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: Standard shipping typically takes 4–8 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page.

Orders & Cancellations

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not been shipped. If the order is already in transit, please follow our return process after receiving the item.

6. What should I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at support@eleveoutdoors.com. If the order hasn't shipped, we will update the address for you. Please note that we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

8. Is there a restocking fee?

  • For Change of Mind: A 25% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For Defective/Damaged Items: There is no restocking fee, and return shipping is free.

9. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, it takes up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, ELO, UnionPay) and digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.

11. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption to protect your data and do not store your credit card information on our servers. Our payment processors are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
