This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through EleveOutdoors (https://eleveoutdoors.com/). Our goal is to ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our customers.

2. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Return Shipping Fees and Restocking Fees

We distinguish between returns due to our error and returns due to customer preference:

4.1 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged during transit, or the incorrect product was sent:

  • Return Shipping: Free (EleveOutdoors will provide a prepaid return label).

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee ($0.00).

  • Resolution: You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

4.2 Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or no longer want the product:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, please follow the standard return procedure after receiving the product.

6. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Time Frame: It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (unless unopened).

8. Exchanges

We only accept exchanges if you received the wrong item.

If this applies to your order, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. After we confirm the issue, we’ll send the correct item free of charge.
